"During this pandemic, it is easy to feel lonely, anxious, sad, depressed and completely overwhelmed, so we asked Dr. Coget to speak to our corporate clients about how to bring joy and positivity into their lives during this time of uncertainty. Through the course of 60 minutes she shared the science behind happiness and the tools we can use and share to infuse happiness and gratitude into our daily lives. Her passion to spread happiness filled the session and we not only learned the scientific benefits of happiness, but how small acts of kindness to ourselves and others have a multiplying effect. Although happiness is something we perhaps don't think about much, or think is within our control, she shared the steps we can use, the importance of infusing happiness practices into our every day, and the positive outcomes the will ensue - both psychologically and physically. After this session, we all left feeling a little lighter, with smiles on our faces, and full of gratitude.
